Your Personal Bill of Rights

When you make it a practice to read Your Personal Bill of Rights every morning, it will take root in your heart and mind, encouraging self-love, self-respect, and the setting and keeping of boundaries between yourself and those who would try to ignore your rights as a soul living on this Earth. Download a copy, print it out, or write it down. Place it under your pillow at night, on your bathroom mirror, or on the visor in your car.
